A Northern California family-owned and operated private security firm founded in 2009, with a combined experience of 20+ years, ORION Protection Services Group Inc. provides the highest level of service and professionalism for all of our clients in the Greater North Bay. Our security officers and management team are thoroughly trained to respond quickly to emergency situations and our management team is deeply committed to ensuring all your security needs are fulfilled. We have armed and unarmed, uniformed or plain-clothed, tactical and formally trained security guards. We offer our private security services for events, executives, commercial properties, residential patrol and investigations. ORION trains, licenses and certifies our own staff through ORION Academy to ensure we provide the highest quality of service and protection.

THE OFFICERS:

Our officers become a trusted source of security within each of the communities we serve in Marin and Sonoma County. They thoroughly observe and report even the smallest of details via our email reporting system on a daily basis, allowing you to stay up to date from miles away.

ORION security officers are committed to frequent training programs to maintain the highest standard as security professionals. All of our officers are provided with continual hands-on education and tactical training. We have a growing team of professionally trained former law enforcement, military and security personnel who are state certified and have passed rigorous background screening processes. In addition to the California state requirements, our security officers also receive one-on-one training with our retired CDC S.E.R.T. Officer and former U.S. Marine Corps instructor regularly. They are trained to respond to a variety of common and unique circumstances including high risk, emergencies and security conduct. They continually stay updated in their skills to ensure the absolute professional safety for and courtesy to all our clients.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM:

ORION’s executive management team is comprised of Peter Sunke (President/C.E.O.) & Michelle Sunke (Vice-President/C.F.O.). Peter and Michelle are a hands-on duo involved in all areas of the day-to-day operations. All aspects of our client’s needs are overseen by the executive management team, from client relations to daily updates and changes in post orders. Considering client policies, ORION develops, implements, and employs security protocols based on location needs and objectives.
